<font color="#1d2129"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">"</font></font></font>No violento e autoritário contexto da ditadura militar brasileira (1964-1985), denominava-se “aparelho” o local onde um determinado grupo de ativistas de ideais afins e contrários ao governo da época se agrupava para organizar reuniões, maquinar estratégias, guardar materiais de propaganda, esconder armas, munições, dinheiro, entre outras coisas. O aparelho era também o ambiente (quase) seguro dessas pessoas, onde elas podiam se refugiar em situações de risco, partilhar suas aflições, mas também os seus desejos e as suas conquistas.<br>
<br>
Tal triste período da história do Brasil foi recentemente despertado por facínoras da estirpe mais indigna e eis que, em 2016, a Constituição Brasileira foi seriamente ferida e um desonesto golpe de estado abriu caminho para que, em 2018, um sociopata – que literalmente exaltou um torturador como herói – conseguisse chegar à presidência por meio de uma eleição comprovadamente pautada na fraude, na calúnia e difamação por meio das fake news e na mais completa má-fé.<br>
<br>
A exposição “Aparelho” – a qual dá continuidade temática à “Adorno Político” (2018) – alia dezoito artistas com ideais políticos próximos na medida em que todXs se opõem ao atual regime truculento brasileiro estruturado na mais nítida necropolítica, que combina neoliberalismo e fascismo, desumanizando existências e exterminando vidas em prol do capital. Em suas abordagens, tais artistas (também ativistas), em criações festivas, emancipadoras, sarcásticas, lúdicas ou simplesmente documentais, denunciam genocídios, repressões, preconceitos e retrocessos num ambiente de militância e afeto, onde podemos intuir o preparo para a batalha, mas também o cuidado para irmos fortes e conscientes para a luta.<font color="#1d2129"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">"</font></font></font><br>

"</font></font></font>In the violent and authoritarian context of the Brazilian military dictatorship (1964-85), “apparatus” was called the place where a certain group of activists of similar and anti-government ideals of the time would gather to organize meetings, devise strategies, store materials of propaganda, hiding weapons, ammunition, money, among other things. The apparatus was also the (almost) safe environment of these people, where they could take refuge in risky situations, share their afflictions, but also their desires and achievements.<br>
<br>
Such a sad period in the history of Brazil was recently awakened by atrocious of the most unworthy strain, and behold, in 2016 the Brazilian Constitution was seriously injured and a dishonest “coup d'état” paved the way for a sociopath in 2018 – who literally exalted a torturer as a hero – that could to reach the presidency through an election proven to be based on fraud, slander and defamation through fake news and utter bad faith.<br>
<br>
The exhibition “Apparatus” – which gives thematic continuity to the “Adorno Político” (2018) – brings together eighteen artists with close political ideals as all oppose the current truculent Brazilian regime structured in the clearest necro politics, which combines neoliberalism and fascism, dehumanizing and exterminating lives for the sake of capital. In their approaches, these artists (also activists), in festive, emancipatory, sarcastic, playful or simply documentary creations, denounce genocide, repression, prejudice and setbacks in an environment of militancy and affection, where we can intuit the preparation for battle, but also be careful to go strong and conscious to the fight<font color="#1d2129"><font face="Arial, sans-serif"><font size="2">"</font></font></font><br>
