<span style="font-size:13px"><em>DPic: Arquitetura, Arte e Imagem – Utopia 500</em> é um concurso internacional de Desenho e Fotografia dirigido a estudantes de 1.º, 2.º e 3.º Ciclos ou a jovens investigadores pertencentes a qualquer instituição de ensino superior e / ou investigação na Europa e no Mundo. O tema nuclear do concurso é a ideia de Utopia. Poderão concorrer pessoas individuais, mas encorajamos a formação de equipas multidisciplinares; estas poderão ser compostas por indivíduos com diferentes perfis académicos, sendo contudo obrigatório que pelo menos um dos elementos esteja ligado ao universo da Arquitetura, das Artes Plásticas e da Imagem, esteja inscrito no ensino superior ou faça parte de um centro de investigação. Nenhum dos elementos deverá ter mais de 35 anos.<br>

O desafio consiste na apresentação de dois desenhos / fotografias representando, na 1.ª folha (formato A3), um espaço da cidade tal como se encontra atualmente e, na 2.ª folha (formato A3), a visão utópica do que poderia lá ser construído, no futuro. É obrigatória a existência de pelo menos um dos dois modos de representação – Desenho e Fotografia -, não existindo nenhuma limitação relativamente às formas de manipulação e combinação destes dois modos, sendo permitida a colagem e a fotomontagem.<br>
