O Festival despertou tal interesse que mais de 10 000 pessoas assistiram a mais de 100 sessões. Como consequência os organizadores - Ad Arte Foundation - decidiram expandir o Festival por mais instituições, dentro e fora da Polónia, satisfazendo cada vez mais e melhor os desejos do seu público. </span><span style="font-family: trebuchet ms,geneva; font-size: small;">Assim, lançou-se uma segunda edição do Short Waves Allround. Arrancou no dia seguinte ao fim do Short Waves Festival e continuará até o início da sua próxima edição.
