<p> </p><p>DATAPOLIS is a call for theory and practice based proposals addressing</p><p>emerging interactions of media technologies, novel visualization practices</p><p>and urban realities.</p><p> </p><p>Let us discover the moods and the rhythms of our cities, bodies and planet</p>
<p>and innovatively mash both visible and invisible data that re-present</p><p>individual and collective lives and actions.</p><p> </p><p>Keywords: data, city, communities, mapping, social, geographical,</p><p>economical, political, sentient, ambient, mobile, ubiquitous, embedded</p>

<p>us explanation letter (via email to <a href="mailto:info@ciant.cz" target="_blank">info@ciant.cz</a>, with Subject: X-OP</p><p>cultural policy debate) how your proposal reflects on the role of X-OP</p><p>network in fostering advanced media art practices and education in your</p>
<p>country and in Europe. Deadline for full papers will be March 15. We</p><p>specifically welcome debate proposals that will focus on detailed mapping</p><p>and referencing of regional situations of media art and education in</p>
