<td><span class="verdana12">1. The film presented must be one minute long (60se. without titles).<br>2. The work must be shot in one frame. Shots cannot be cut, combined or mixed into one.<br>3. Multiplication in animation (multi shots) is not against the rules as it is a production technique. However direct editing/cuts in different scenes/ shots (close up - middle, etc) are not allowed.<br>
4. The titles must be 10 seconds long and be placed at the beginning of the one- minute film. Besides original language, English subtitles are required.<br>5. The author is free to express his/her ideas and views in any form and genre.
<p><b>SHORT FILMS</b>
<p>1. Up to 40 minutes.<br>2. Without any limitations in form and genre.
<p><b>SPECIAL PROBLEM</b><br><b>CINEMA WITHOUT LIMITS</b>
<p>1. There are no limitations concerning the form or gentre.<br>2. Individuals, production companies, festivals etc. may present their films
