For everyone out there with a visceral response to Second Life- whether it
is 'fabulous' or 'horrible' - please join the dicussion going on this week
only on the HASTAC community (Humanities, Arts, Science & Technology
Advanced Collaboratory) in a discussion led by 'yours truly' and entitled
"Second Life for Education: fabulous opportunities or over-hyped
fabulation?"

Actually you're welcome to use seesmic.com to post back your replies- it
would be excellent to have some Portuguese representation!
 
Though the forum is on SL in Education (namely Higher Education) you will
see some posts that I sent late today and taht maybe of particular interest
to ARENA on metaverses in artistic expression (Mark Skwarek's and Paul
Sermon's work)
